Educate the staff

I applied, open, honest....provided statements from a loan that had been constantly ahead with payments, at times $4000 ahead....the consultant kept telling me that the loan had been behind the entire 3 years because the balance had a minus sign in front of it......pretty basic ability for a lender you would think, being able to read a statement that shows payments and the balance......
